Dave obtained his first U.S. Coast Guard Ocean Operator license in 1982. He has 30 years of combined military and government service, and is a retired 22-year Veteran of the U.S. Army Special Forces (SF). His military awards and qualifications include: Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal, Combat Infantryman's Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, SF Weapons Sergeant (18B), and Human Intelligence Collector (35M); with multiple combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terror.
Rick coordinates our operational planning and oversees all medical related taskings. He recently retired from the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Sergeant Major after 32 years of service. His military awards and qualifications include: Legion of Merit Medal, Bronze Star Medal (Vx2), Purple Heart Medal, Parachutist Badge, HALO Badge, SF Operations Sergeant (18Z), SF Medic (18D), SF Engineer (18C), and SF Combat Diver; with multiple combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terror.
Jr handles our operational and physical security programs, as well as weapons training. He is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed vessel Master, and U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran. His military awards and qualifications include: Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal, Combat Infantryman's Badge, Parachutist Badge, SF Weapons Sergeant (18B), and SF Combat Diver; with multiple combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terror.
Lee is our salvage and towing expert. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Masters license and Emergency Medical Technician certification. In 2010, Lee was awarded the U.S. Coast Guard Meritorious Public Service Award for saving the lives of three persons who were lost and adrift in the ocean 10 miles offshore of Boca Raton after their vessel sank.
Chase is our master marine fabricator. He is a certified marine welder and holds 6G ASME Section IX, and 6G ABS certifications, which covers all marine metals and alloys to meet or exceed ABS specifications. He is also a skilled boat builder using composites and advanced materials. When not fabricating metal (or grinding fiberglass), he serves as one of our boat captains, and also does fishing guide work.
